Camper Registration

2025 Registration

Register before May 31st to save $10. Use code CS2025 for the discount! Discounts can only be applied during registration. 

Each week's registration closes 7 days before the start of that camp.

Pricing

High School: $95

Junior High: $90

Elementary: $85

Camps: 

High School: Ages 14-18, Grades 9th- 12th 

Junior High: Ages 11-14, Grades 6th- 9th 

Elementary: Ages 8-11, Grades leaving 3rd- 6th 

For campers in between two camps, parents and guardians are encouraged to choose the age group best for their camper.

Before you begin, please ensure that you have the following documents completed and available to upload: 

Each camper is required to submit the following: 

• Statement of Health: This can be a copy of the camper's most recent physical from your healthcare provider or a complete Camp Salvation Record of Health.. Either must be within the past 24 months of the camper's attendance at Camp and signed by a healthcare provider.

• Immunization Records on the required form OR the approved Exemption Certificate 

The following documents are only required if the camper will be bringing any form of medication. This includes any supplements or vitamins. 

• Prescription Medical Administration Form (this includes supplements, allergy rescue medication, and asthma rescue medication; note that this will need to be signed by a health care provider)

• Allergy Rescue Medication Self Carry Release

• Asthma Rescue Medication Self Carry Release
